DeLaet fired a final-round, four-under 67 on Sunday to get into the clubhouse first at 10-under 274. Im shot a one-under 70 to match him, but the tournament was in Bradford's hand.
He held the lead at 11-under par with just the par-five 18th left at Saint- Raphael Golf Club. Bradford bogeyed the final hole to set up the playoff, won by DeLaet.
Barrett Jarosch shared the third-round lead with Bradford, but bogeyed the 16th to fall to minus-nine. He only managed a one-over 72 on Sunday and took fourth place at nine-under 275.
Wes Heffernan (68) and Lee Williamson (70) shared fifth at minus-eight.
Will Dodson (67), Mitch Tasker (70), Andrew Parr (71) and Michael Walton (72) tied for seventh place at seven-under 277.
