Shin up to sixth in Rolex Rankings

11/10/2008 - Philadelphia, PA (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Ji-Yai Shin's win at the Mizuno Classic on Sunday vaulted the reigning Women's British Open champion up two places in this week's Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings.

Shin climbed up two places to No. 6 this week.

Lorena Ochoa, who is hosting her first event on tour this week, remained in first, followed by Yani Tseng, Annika Sorenstam, Suzann Pettersen and Paula Creamer.

Shin came in sixth and Cristie Kerr and Helen Alfredsson both fell a spot to accommodate Shin's ascension. Karrie Webb and Seon-Hwa Lee rounded out the top 10.

Angela Stanford and Yuri Fudoh held 11th and 12th again this week, while Momoko Ueda and Jeong Jang both moved up one place. Maria Hjorth sank two places to 15th.

Jee Young Lee shot up two to 16th, followed by Eun-Hee Ji. Morgan Pressel dipped two to 18th and Hee-Won Han and Inbee Park both held par from last week.
